2. Please register on new website

In new website, old account can not be used, so you need register a new account, the new site is quite powerful, such as "more than one shipping address", "pay by PayPal directly after placing order", so please be patient to fill in the registration, thank you very much.

3. What is the different between new and old website

1) Discount method changed

Old web shows your discount price after your login.  (different level different price)

New web shows only base_price for all customers     (one base_price)

New web calculates your discount value totally in shopping cart later

2)Which website is cheaper for same item?

After discount, most of items’ price are same. For some new items, new website is cheaper.

3)How to calculate discount price on new website 

First, you need find your customer’s level 

All discount rates are public. Total of 8 levels of VIP, from 3% up to 23% discount.

 Discounted_price = Base_price x (100% - discount_rate)

4. Restore old customer level to the new site

If you are our old customers who have account on our old version website. after you register on new website, we will restore your new website level according to your level on the old website.  

(it may take a day)

We will adjust to the corresponding new account level based on your original account level. 

All credit are also moved from the old site to the new account on the new site.

5. How soon will my old customer level recover

About 1 working day, during meantime, you could add goods to your shopping cart and read some new policy public on new website. After you find your VIP level back, then you place order.

6. Any other discount on new website?

8. Can I ask for PayPal request just like before

Yes, you can, just place the order and choose PayPal method but don't pay, leave message “sent PayPal request” we'll send you PayPal request like before and then you pay. Of course, following PAPAL's payment link directly will speed up order execution and keep yourinventory immediately without being out of stock.
